CIIS has 2 campuses,the main campus on the NH1 (GT Road) in Fatehgarh Sahib, approximately 35 kms. from the City Campus at Mohali. Transportation is available for students between the 2 campuses.Transportation is available for the day scholars coming from Mohali and near by areas.In a quiet neighborhood,the college uses state-of-the-art facilities and global teaching methods.The stress is on student centered hands-on-training along with theoretical studies. Well-equipped computer labs with the latest in software & hardware: CIIS has the latest Linux, Unix, Web NT servers, full-fledged computer and networking labs with removable hard disks, routers, switches etc. in academic partnership with CISCO. This ensures that the students have the theoretical knowledge and applied learning experience.

Wi-fi Access; CIIS has wireless access to Internet and Intranet 24X7 at everywhere in college. Wi-Fi access has been provided with the help of state-of-the-art equipments (such as from CISCO, Motorola etc.) and data flow protection and packet filteration has been done through world recognized leading firewalls such as from Microsoft, CISCO etc.

Audio/Video centers to support advanced teaching techniques: CIIS has the highest student computer ratio among North India and specialized audio-visual centers that go a long way among enhancing the learning

Modern spacious multimedia classrooms: CIIS classrooms are equipped with LCD projectors, DVDs, OHPs. Magnetic White Boards and Computers hooked to the Internet. All this supports the advanced teaching techniques, maintains the International standards and brings out the best in each of our students.

High Speed Internet connectivity with round the clock availability: CIIS has a direct leased line connection through one of the best Internet service providers in India. The Internet connectivity speed is 10 times more than a normal cyber cafe or educational institutes. The software used is also upgraded on continuous basis to ensure our students have an immediate access to any latest software or technology being produced anywhere in the world.

Learning Resource Center as the library: Besides numerous books, periodicals and journals available at CIIS library, the LRC is electronically connected to the Georgian Library giving the students an access to thousands of books and wide range of electronic databases. All this facilitates a high-end research work & enhanced learning.

Blackboard System as software: CIIS is among the first institutes in India to introduce the Blackboard System, which is a web based application software. Adopted from the developed world Blackboard is one of the unique features of our education. Even being away from the campus, the student has an access to class material at any given time. All the assignments, notes can be assessed and posted on the Blackboard. In case of any question or queries while doing their homework a student can get immediate answer with the FAQ list made available on the Blackboard. It is truly a virtual classroom away from the campus.
